Monthly Rate + Monthly Electric + $200.00 Security Deposit (Contract Required)

Electric is a metered charge for stays of one month or longer and no campers older than 10 years are permitted. A contract will be granted to obtain a monthly rental. A minimum commitment period of 30 days is mandatory for all monthly rentals, without the possibility of prorating. Please note that the listed rates are subject to modification.
